Flavorful mushrooms mixed in with the meat guarantees these patties are extra juicy

Got a craving for burgers but don’t have a grill? Or don’t want to go to the trouble of prepping the grill. We’ve got you covered! This Beef Mushrooms Burgers recipe is quick and easy to make in a skillet, and it tastes just the way a burger should.

In the Woman’s World test kitchen, we discovered the secret to making these burgers extra juicy while also adding layers of flavor: Mixing mushrooms with the ground beef! We then sear the burgers to perfection and serve them on buns with a creamy horseradish sauce and crisp toppings. It’s meaty, zesty and super delicious. Serve it with a summery side like potato salad or corn on the cob.

Tip: Burgers tend to puff while cooking. The fix? After forming patties, make an indent in the centers. As the patties expand during cooking, the depression will even out leaving you with perfect formed burgers.
