Seared Pork Chops With Mushroom Sauce Recipe: Wow-Worthy Dinner Option

These Seared Pork Chops With Mushroom Sauce are worth making for dinner as they’ll quickly become a family favorite. This dish uses bone-in pork chops and seasons them with garlic powder before pan-frying them. Doing this creates a seasoned crust on the meat, making it more succulent and flavorful. The cooked pork chops then get served with a mushroom sauce that’s full of savory and creamy flavors. While leaving the bone in helps the meat retain its moisture, use boneless pork chops if you’re short on time. Boneless chops are often thinner than bone-in varieties and need around 5 minutes to cook per side. Along with the pork chops being fully browned, an internal temperature of 145°F is another way to tell that it’s done. This smothered pork chop dish is yummy served with mashed potatoes, rice or buttered noodles. Tell us in the comments below your favorite ways to season and prepare pork chops!
