Frozen Strawberry Margarita
This refreshingly icy delight in a glass is extra fruity thanks to a kiss of peach schnapps.

- 8 c. frozen strawberries (2 lbs.)
- 2 c. ice cubes
- 1 1/2 c. gold tequila
- 1 c. frozen limeade mix (from 12 oz. cont.)
- 1/2 c. peach schnapps
- Kosher salt (optional)
- Fresh strawberries
Instructions
PrintWorking in 3–4 batches, in blender, combine frozen strawberries, ice cubes, tequila, limeade mix, and peach schnapps; cover and pulse until smooth.
Transfer strawberry mixture to large freezer-proof container; cover. Freeze until slushy, 2 hrs.
If desired, moisten rims of margarita glasses with water; dip into salt and invert. Carefully pour cocktails into glasses. Garnish with fresh strawberries.
