Ingredients
- 12 oz. good-quality white chocolate, finely chopped
- ⅓ cup roasted salted shelled pistachios
- ⅓ cup dried cranberries
- ¼ tsp. flaky sea salt
Instructions
Line rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. In microwave-safe bowl, microwave 9 oz. chopped white chocolate in 30-sec. intervals, stirring well between each, until melted.
Stir in remaining 3 oz. chocolate and let stand 3 min. Stir until completely smooth. (If there are still some lumps, microwave chocolate in 15-sec. intervals, stirring well after each, to melt any remaining chocolate, being careful not to overheat.)
Pour chocolate onto parchment paper. Using small offset spatula or regular spatula, gently spread chocolate to 1⁄4" thickness. Sprinkle pistachios and cranberries on top, pressing very lightly to adhere.
Sprinkle with flaky sea salt. Chill until set, about 20 min. Break into pieces; chill until ready for gifting.
