Easy and Cheesy Grilled Parmesan Corn on the Cob Recipe You’ll Love

This quintessential summer side dish grills up in just 10 minutes.

When it comes to summer cookouts and barbecues, corn on the cob is the quintessential side dish. There’s really nothing like fresh, juicy sweet corn! We’ve elevated the classic in this grilled Parmesan corn on the cob recipe.

Grilling corn on the cob infuses it with a wonderful smoky, caramelized flavor. Sometimes, though, the high heat of the fire can cause the kernels to dry out. One of our key test-kitchen secrets to great corn on the cob: Husk the corn and soak the ears in generously salted water for 10 minutes before grilling. The salt acts as a brine to lock in moisture so corn comes out perfectly charred yet still deliciously plump and juicy.
