- 4 oz rotini pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8 oz asparagus spears, trimmed, and cut on an angle into 2" pieces
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in skillet over medium heat; add asparagus and garlic. Cook 3–4 min., until tender. Add pasta, remaining oil, and zest; toss until coated. Season to taste with salt and pepper; top with cheese.
