Sit back, relax, and sip a sweet Off the Record martini, aptly named after the beloved D.C. drinking establishment recently voted one of the “World’s Best Hotel Bars.”
- 1/4 c Grey Goose Vodka
- 3 tbsp pineapple juice
- 2 tbsp St-Germain elderfl ower liqueur
- Splash of Chambord raspberry liqueur
- Pear slice (optional)
- Pour vodka, pineapple juice and St-00Germain into ice-filled cocktail shaker. Cover; shake vigorously until wellchilled. Strain into martini glass.
Add a splash of Chambord and let it sink to the bottom of glass. If desired, garnish with a slice of fresh pear.
